The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) cordially invites businesses and organizations to participate in the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Technology Application Forum 2025 and the Exhibition area within the framework of Vietnam International Sourcing 2025, taking place from September 4th to 6th, 2025 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City.
To promote the development of e-commerce, digital transformation in production and business activities, and the application of digital technology solutions for sustainable development, enhance competitiveness, and expand global supply chain connectivity, while also supporting businesses in promoting their products and services to domestic and international customers, especially through cross-border e-commerce, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) cordially invites businesses and organizations to participate in the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Technology Application Forum 2025 and the Exhibition area within the framework of Vietnam International Sourcing 2025, taking place from September 4th to 6th, 2025 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietnam International Sourcing 2025 is an annual event organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This year, it is expected to attract nearly 600 domestic and international exhibitors from various sectors including manufacturing, export, e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, electronic payments, digital technology in business management, and export support. It will be a gathering place for many reputable domestic corporations and businesses, major financial institutions, and international e-commerce platforms from countries with advanced e-commerce and digital technology.
Through close coordination with a network of over 60 Vietnamese Trade Offices and Branch Offices abroad, along with the support of embassies and foreign trade agencies in Vietnam, this year's event is expected to welcome over 300 international business delegations seeking cooperation opportunities, importing goods from Vietnam, and connecting investment and trade in the fields of e-commerce, logistics, and digital technology transfer.
The forum provides an opportunity for management agencies, organizations, and businesses from provinces and cities across the country to meet, trade, and connect for business cooperation, especially in the field of cross-border e-commerce with foreign partners. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for businesses providing digital technology solutions to promote their products and services to the domestic manufacturing and trading community, import and export businesses, as well as consumers, thereby contributing to the promotion of the e-commerce market and the national digital transformation process.
Following the success of the 2024 Forum, and to contribute to the success of this year's Forum, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy respectfully invites participating units to collaborate on the following activities:
1. Participate in a booth at the “E-commerce and Digital Technology Exhibition Area” with the goal of exhibiting, promoting, and connecting with businesses to showcase the company's products, solutions, and services within the framework of Vietnam International Sourcing 2025 and the Forum. Focus on four main areas: E-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, e-commerce operations; Logistics; Digital technology solutions for businesses; and Digital financial solutions.
2. Participate in the Vietnam International Sourcing 2025 and the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Technology Forum 2025 events.
3. Coordinate with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy to organize survey programs, business networking, and investment cooperation (Business matching) with foreign partners in the aforementioned fields.
